Class is 6:30 to 8:30 pm. All supplies and ingredients included including take home bread items - lame, bread scoring blade and banneton basket! Bakery will be open for purchases too. ADULTS ONLY PLEASE. Classes are limited to 10 people and must be paid in advance. The baked Sourdough will be available for pick up by students the next day.
